Our transportation service departs from Cusco on Day 1 between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., traveling directly to Hidroelectrica. From there, travelers can continue independently toward Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu.
On the return journey, our transportation departs from Hidroelectrica between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., returning comfortably to Cusco.
This service includes round-trip tourist transportation only. Meals, accommodation, guides, Machu Picchu entrance tickets, and other personal expenses are not included, giving travelers the flexibility to organize their own experience.

Weather and Road Conditions: Transportation services are subject to weather conditions, road conditions, strikes, demonstrations, landslides, road closures, and other unforeseen circumstances that may affect travel in the Cusco–Hidroelectrica route.
In the event that, due to adverse weather conditions, road blockades, landslides, natural events, government restrictions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control, the scheduled transportation service cannot operate on the assigned date, the company will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred by the passenger, including but not limited to accommodation, meals, alternative transportation, entrance tickets, or other personal expenses.
No refunds will be issued for services that cannot be operated due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, including force majeure events. We strongly recommend that passengers purchase appropriate travel insurance covering trip interruptions, cancellations, delays, and unforeseen expenses.

For travelers without a prior reservation, 1000 additional tickets are released daily in Aguas Calientes for next-day entry, subject to availability and in-person purchase with the original passport.
