Rainbow Mountain trek 2 days | Explore vibrant Andes

The Rainbow Mountain of Peru, known as Vinicunca, is one of those places that truly leaves a mark, and the ausangate trek 2 days is the perfect way to experience it without committing to a long expedition. Ausangate Mountain has been sacred to local Andean communities since long before Inca times and is still respected today as a powerful mountain spirit that protects the region. Traditionally, reaching these landscapes meant trekking for nearly a week, but this shorter route was created for travelers who want to feel the magic of Ausangate, walk through high-altitude scenery, and connect with living Andean traditions, all in just two unforgettable days

On this trek you will see quaint villages, beautiful adobe style houses, herds of llamas and alpacas and you will have magnificent views of the Ausangate Glacier (6,385 m / 20,945 ft), the highest mountain in the Cusco region. With uninterrupted beauty and solitude, this is a spectacular trip for trekkers who love a true outdoor adventure.
