For all our treks, the pre-departure briefing takes place the night before your trek at 5:00 PM in our office. However, if you’d prefer us to come to your hotel, please let us know in advance. During the briefing, you’ll meet your guide and receive your duffel bags for the trek.

STORAGE:
Most hotels in Cusco offer luggage storage where you can leave your belongings while you hike to Machu Picchu. If your hotel does not provide this service, you are welcome to store your items with us at no extra cost. Just let us know during the briefing.

What you need to bring 7 days Inca Trail:

Most people automatically assume that the weather is hot in South America, but because of the higher altitude in the Andes, the temperature can feel quite cold, especially at night. We recommend the use of a duffel bag or backpack, whichever is easiest for you to carry. A good size daypack is also essential.
